Hatha Flow & Vinyasa Flow
Hatha is slow meditative & Vinyasa Flow combines Sun Power Yoga & a more dynamic practice.
Both are suitable and beneficial for all levels from Beginners to more advanced Yogis. 
You work with your own awareness and progressive stages are always offered for any injury, level and personal rhythm. 
We focus on our breath, breathing fully to release any tension and linking this to movement. Sun salutations, strengthening sequences, traditional and more modern asana flows are mixed in for a fun fluid flow.
Standing postures open and strengthen the whole body, develop balancing skills. We move through back bends, seated, kneeling, forward folds, twists, prone and supine poses. These focus on developing rotational mobility in the spine, opening the major joints and stretching the whole body for full wellbeing.
Yoga is all about removing blockages, allowing energy to move freely around the body, thats why we spend some time in each pose to gently ease the body to expand.
Finishing in Shavasana, total relaxation, to shine, balance with calmness through the whole of your self to radiate this out into your life.

Chakra Yoga
Rooted in the wisdom of the chakras, slow Flow Hatha with a focus on postures, pranayama, mantra, mudra and affirmations for each individual chakra to cleanse, rejuvenate and radiate.
Exploring a different chakra each month with different theraputic asana sequences for stability, creativity, balance,  love, truth, focus and understanding for a healthy, positive, abundant life. .
The Chakra system is from the Hindu traditions and is a blueprint for how all energy flows through our bodies. Spinning wheels of light, energy centers that affect you physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Our Chakras are even directly linked to a specific endocrine glands and organs within our bodies that can be cleansed, unblocked and rebalanced. Therefore working with the knowledge and energy of these two together is a powerful transformation for full health.
Let’s begin at the base of the spine and work our way up to cleanse, illuminate and balance.
 
Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep or aware sleep) is a deep guided meditation of self-healing, visualisation and relaxation that allows access to the subconscious, reduces stress and creates a sankalpa, that can be life affirming and even life changing.  Sankalpa meaning "thought, intention, resolve or will directed toward a specific outcome." your hearts resolve with allows you to seek deep inner wisdom, peace, union and discovery. Also an excellent way to develop Pratyahara, the practice of turning the senses inward as a foundation for deeper meditative states. 
Yoga nidra involves relaxing, laying down in the yogic relaxation posture shavasana with a blanket and as many pillows as you wish to deeply, totally rest your body while you are guided through relaxation, rotation of consciousness and visualization. 

Rainbow Kids, Family & Teen Yoga
Each lesson is a balance between spontaneity and structure; art, games, storytelling and imagination for kids and also discussing emotions life issues coping with stress teamwork for teens. Kids do yoga naturally and teens love the space of openness ~ it can bring the whole family together connecting with peace balance and joy.
 
Private 1-2-1
Allows the student to explore specific areas of interest such as restorative yoga, recovering from injury, alignment in asanas, personal development.
